|Kerry Leong, President/Chief Executive Officer
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Kerry brings diverse knowledge to the Arthon companies, ranging from heavy civil construction and aggregate production to land development, business development and strategic planning. Kerry directs the overall development, and long range vision of Arthon, provides guidance, leadership, and mentoring to the core management team, and is the key liaison with Arthon’s clients and strategic business partners. As Arthon’s key asset, Kerry drives innovation in the company, fosters ingenuity in people, and contributes his unique ability to pull together the best individuals to achieve a common goal, whether it be internal or through strategic partnerships.
|Guy Ferrari, Chief Operations Officer
Guy joined Arthon over 25 years ago, bringing decades of supervision and management skills to Arthon’s construction projects. His expertise has evolved from equipment operations, to superintendent of crushing operations and contracts, to project management. His firm grounding in construction processes is an essential element in his keen ability to address and resolve issues that arise during construction.
|Rockland Leong, Regional Operations Manager and Technical Sales Representative
After more than a decade in the construction industry, Rockland has developed diverse practical and technical knowledge in the heavy civil construction industry. In particular he brings invaluable skills in heavy equipment operation, drilling and blasting, surveying, quality control, aggregate production and mine management. Rockland currently manages marketing and sales of aggregate in Kitimat, BC.
|Keith Meldrum, AScT, RTMgr, Special Projects and HSE Manager
Keith has 20 years of civil and structural engineering technology experience involving drafting, design, contract and project management, and regulatory management. He has a background in management with municipal government and extensive experience in public safety and emergency management. Keith manages various components of Arthon’s business operations including its regulatory and permitting requirements, business planning and development, contract management, project bidding, and the corporate health, safety, and environment program.
|Darren Bidulka, CPA, CA, CBV, Chief Financial Officer
Darren is a highly experienced senior executive with a background in handling dramatic change and growth in business and specializes in operationally oriented finances. Darren is responsible for strategic financial matters for the company.
|Karen Ayotte, CPA, CMA, Controller
Karen is a multifaceted Controller with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate, property management and development, heavy construction, and mining industries. Karen is directly responsible for cash management, job costing, inventory valuation, and corporate accounting and is the contact on matters of insurance, equipment, auditing, and government agencies.
|Shay Casavant, Human Resources Manager
Thorough experience in the administrative world plus ten years in the construction industry have given Shay a diverse background which she leveraged to progress from Labourer to Site Administrator, Payroll Administrator, and finally Human Resources Manager. Shay oversees recruitment and the coaching of staff and is also involved with internal IT, office management, and safety administration.
