Cascade Ridge on Pattison Creek - 2.5 acre lots
Arthon was awarded the contract to complete 700 metres of roadworks including moving approximately 25,000 m3 of rock and earth in order to extend
the roadway up to a 4 lot bench high above the existing neighbourhood.
